I am a professional artist and sought-after Tutor with a passion for drawing and painting. I have over 38 years of experience in painting, tutoring, exhibiting and selling my work. Adept at helping students develop their own individual style and I enjoy supporting and guiding

each student to reach their creative potential.

My passion for drawing, painting & my love of colour has inspired me to experiment and try out a variety of mediums such as, soft pastel, oil, watercolour, graphite & charcoal. My favourite medium is soft pastel, loving the immediacy and its ability to create soft luscious

strokes, texture and vibrant colours. The subjects I love to paint are figures, portraits, landscapes, seascapes, flowers, and animals.

Along my Art journey I have won over 40 awards, which has been both humbling and exciting. including the status of Master Pastellist from the Pastel Society of Australia Inc., in 2007 and in 2012 the prestigious Pastellist of the Year award. I am now represented in many private and corporate collections throughout Australia, New Zealand, England, and Japan as well as being in the collection of our Ex-Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, John

front cover of the Expo magazine, which is sent to Pastel Societies all over the world. Being an artist gives me joy every day.
