ABOUT THE ARTIST
Based on the beautiful “Sunshine Coast”, Barbara loves to capture the beauty of her local area as well as around Australia. She has painted throughout France and many other countries around the world.
Barbara loves experimenting with different mediums. She likes to capture different subjects, but it’s the true spirit and essence that matters most. She has exhibited her art extensively and her work can be found in many homes and commercial premises.
She has twice been awarded first prize in the Pastel Society of Australia monthly zoom competitions as well as first prize in “Howie’s Choice” in the Coolum Art Collective Easter 2022 Exhibition. She has been awarded highly commended and top places in many competitions. She is a permanent exhibiter in the Yandina Historic House and Stella Hair Designs with solos exhibitions in Brisbane, Bribie Island and Caloundra.
Her work has been affordably priced to enable others to enjoy her work as much as the pleasure she gets from creating them.
